The Summit is a gated community of distinctive custom homes in Lake Forest Village at El Dorado Hills’ northwest corner. The Summit’s hilly terrain varies between 500 and 800 feet in elevation from which impressive views of Folsom Lake, the Sacramento Valley and other villages within El Dorado Hills can be seen.

Meetings of The Lake Forest-Summit Owners Association occur at 4:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of each month at The Management Trust,  160 Blue Ravine Rd., Folsom and by Zoom.
